Proposes to grant Fruit Growers Supply Company's (Fruit Growers) request to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to enter into a new Reciprocal Right-of-Way Agreement for accessing three parcels of land under their ownership and management. The agreement would secure long term access rights for Fruit Growers across BLM-administered land and allow the BLM to acquire long term legal access across Fruit Growers lands. |
