An attempt to discover a set of morals and values, goals that are similar in all users. And distinguish whether values are environmental, communal, economical.
Conclusions - Primary motivating factor seems to be a sense of connection to healthy food/to the earth. Economical, environmental and communal social reasons are secondary, or not motivating factors.
