Announces decision to authorize replacement of a stream-crossing culvert located on Rice Creek. The project site is located on BLM-managed lands, where Rice Creek crosses beneath BLM Road No. 29-7-24.0. Field Office hydrology and fisheries personnel, and District Office engineering staff have identified the culvert as a source of sediment, at risk of failure in the near term, and an impediment to upstream and downstream passage by both native and anadromous fish. |
