Provides assessment of the impact of the Threemile Canyon Farms multi-species conservation agreement with assurances on the Washington ground squirrel, Loggerhead shrike, Ferruginous hawk and Sage sparrow in the Columbia Basin. Makes recommendations for mitigating the effects and addressing the problems identified.
