Determines no environmental impact statement is needed for project in areas proposed for commercial thinning and density management consist of approximately 272 acres allocated as General Forest Management Area (GFMA) and 79 acres allocated as Riparian Reserves. These areas are located within the East Fork Coquille River, Upper Middle Fork Coquille River, South Umpqua River and the Middle South Umpqua River/Dumont Creek Analytical Watersheds. |
