The vision for North Clackamas Parks &
Recreation District is: A well-functioning and well-maintained park system that enhances the quality of life by offering a diversity of recreational opportunities for people of all ages and needs. Existing goals were reviewed and refined and new goals were written to articulate the District’s commitment to: quality of life; financial stability; sense of community; maintenance and safety; diverse programs and facilities;
