    The Cloverdale Transportation Refinement Plan addresses key transportation issues in the unincorporated community of Cloverdale in south Tillamook County, Oregon. The plan focuses on Highway 101 (US 101) as it travels through Cloverdale. The plan is a refinement of the 2003 Tillamook County Transportation System Plan (TSP), which identifies the need for transportation refinements in Cloverdale. [From the Plan]
