Recognizing the need for a safe and efficient transportation system, the City of Cave Junction hs initiated an update of the existing transportation element, which was adopted in 1984. The purpose of the plan is to: 1) ensure the future transportation system develops in an orderly and cost-effective manner; and 2) serve as a guide for the City decision makers on transportation issues. Modifications to the City's development ordinances and zoning codes were made as part of this planning process. [From the Plan]
