    The Northwest Tualatin Concept Plan (Concept Plan) is a guide for the industrial development of a 15-acre area at the northwestern corner of the City of Tualatin (City). The Concept Plan follows a December 2002 decision by the Metropolitan Service District (Metro) to bring the area inside the regional urban growth boundary (UGB). Metro conditioned the land for industrial development as part of a strategy to balance the supply of land for job creation. The Concept Plan allows for flexibility in industrial development while promoting compatibility with adjacent land uses and natural resources. [From the Plan]

    The Southwest Tualatin Concept Plan (Concept Plan) is a guide for the industrial development of a 431-acre area currently outside the southwestern corner of the City of Tualatin (City). The Concept Plan follows the December 2002 and June 2004 decisions by the Metropolitan Service District (Metro) to bring the area inside the regional urban growth boundary (UGB), and thus set the stage for future urbanization of this area. Metro conditioned the land for industrial development as part of a strategy to balance the supply of land within the Portland Metropolitan region for job creation.
