This document contains Tualatin Tomorrow’s Community Vision and Strategic Action Plan. Developed by the community, the Vision expresses a preferred future for Tualatin. The Strategic Action Plan provides steps to move in the direction of this Vision. It is the culmination of 17 months of work which included the donated time, effort and creativity of hundreds of community members. Led by the Tualatin Tomorrow Steering Committee, the process to create the Vision and Action Plan featured numerous and diverse opportunities for community involvement. [From the Plan]
