The City of Cottage Grove is experiencing rapid growth. An inventory and analysis of buildable land within the UGB reveals that the City has adequate land for residential and commercial development to 2025. The City does not have adequate land supply for industrial development to 2025. The City will need to examine ways to assure the efficient use of that remaining land. [From the document]
