Proposes to replace the current 4-culvert structure with a single, open-bottom arch structure. Includes removal of existing structure to streambed elevation, with embankment materials conserved and culverts removed from Forest land, dewatering of footing sites, bolting the culvert together and backfilling to create the new crossing, which would be paved.
