Adopt the revised Falls City Zoning and Development Ordinance. Major changes include: 1.) redo the order and format of the Ordinance: 2.) add childcare facility and residential home as permitted uses: 3.) add notice requirements for Ballot Measure 56; 4.) revise lot line adjustment criteria: 5.) revise standards with areas with building limitations: 5.) add language from the Oregon Model Floodplain Ordinance: and 6.) revise street widths in Planned Unit Developments to conform to minimum Fire Code Standards.
Adopted updates to the Transportation Element of the Falls City Comprehensive Plan and city street standards found in the Falls City Zoning and Development Ordinance.
