The Bethel-Danebo Neighborhood Refinement Plan, Phase 2, consists of two
separate studies; the West Eugene Industrial Study, and the Roosevelt Extension
and Drainage Facility.
Both these reports are reprinted in this document as they were originally
prepared. It should be noted that the Roosevelt Extension and Drainage Facility
Report was originally considered by the Planning Commission and City Council in
1977, and some of the background information may seem somewhat old. In spite of
this, the recommendations are valid and reflect current City goals and policy. [From the document]
