This Buildable Land Inventory document consists of three components: 2007 Medford Urban Growth Boundary Buildable Land Inventory (including mapping of the specific parcels determined to contain buildable land); 2007 Medford Urban Growth Boundary Land Inventory (including mapping of the parcels by type); Methodology used to define the land inventory and buildable land inventory classifications, including assumptions. In addition to establishing a Buildable Land Inventory, the City of Medford inventoried and mapped by classification all 18,086 acres in the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). This overall inventory is referred separately as the "Land Inventory." The inventories are a "snapshot in time", and can be conducted ever few years or every year if necessary. [From the document]

The Medford Economic Analysis completed for the City of Medford in March 2003 was intended to address the community's economic development prospects currently and over a longer 20-year planning horizon. This supplemental Goal 9 analysis builds on the initial economic analysis and is focused on a) refinements to a commercial/industrial land inventory; b) selection of an appropriate employment growth and land needs forecast; and c) identification of siting criteria that can be considered modifications to Medford's Comprehensive Plan. Medford : Consolidated annual performance and evaluation report

One hundred percent of the CDBG funds expended were used to benefit low/mod persons in Medford. There were 1281 low/mod income persons and 20 households who benefited from programs and activities funded with Program Year 2007/08 dollars. Although the Conifer Gardens Apartments were acquired during this program year, the rehabilitation work was not completed until August 2008 so the numbers were not reported in IDIS in this program year. Also, the Hope House Transition Shelter reported no fiscal activity during this program year as The Salvation Army was waiting for the purchase of the right-of-way so that they could begin their work on the access road. The City of Medford Stormwater Management Plan addresses existing activities to maintain and enhance the quality of stormwater runoff in Medford and outlines required modifications to those activities. The plan coincides with the submittal of the City's management program for Phase II of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Program (NPDES). It identifies existing regulatory, maintenance, planning, and public involvement activities that should be continued, modifications to existing activities to address stormwater quality, and recommendations for additional activities not currently performed by the City. The management plan incorporates recommendations from the City's 1996 Comprehensive Medford Area Drainage Master Plan into a new capital improvement program (CIP), with estimated costs for maintenance, engineering and other stormwater activities.
