| dc.description.abstract | This report consists of three sections following this introduction. Section II sets forth the long-term goal for downtown housing along with a series of recommended actions needed to achieve that goal. Section III provides the background or framework within which downtown housing will occur: Identifying potential neighborhoods or subareas within the downtown, analyzing existing housing and residential support services, and examining potential housing sites and existing and potential structure types for downtown housing.
