Abstract

The ADA/Pedestrian/Bike Route Improvement Plan (referred to as "the Plan") identifies the primary critical routes between residential, commercial, and industrial areas that have service gaps and deficiencies for ADA accessibility, sidewalks, and bicycling infrastructure. The primary goals of the Plan [are] to: (1) develop a prioritized list of improvement projects along the identified critical routes that will address these gaps and deficiencies; (2) determine the cost of constructing the improvements as well as identifying funding sources to finance the improvements; and (3) layout a timeline to complete the needed projects.
