dc.description.abstractAmend Chapter 17.74 of the Lincoln City Municipal Code, which governs Commercial Design Standards in the General Commercial and Recreation Commercial zones. Tnese provisions were originally adopted in 2007, and this ordinance is primarily organizational in nature, providing clarification of standards and adding several definitions. The amendments are proposed following approximately four years of applying the standards to several commercial projects. The amendments do not include new regulations.en_US
