The project includes the following elements: (1) an inventory and evaluation of
economic plans in Douglas County;

involved

economic

activities
in

review
of
stakeholder
perceptions
about
the
effectiveness
of
economic
development
activities;
and
(4)
a
community
economic
development
forum
to
discuss
the
research
findings
and
future
actions

opportunities.
