dc.description.abstractIn 2001, the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) established a Water Source Protection Program to evaluate and mitigate risks to water quality. As part of its Source Water Protection Program, EWEB is exploring the possibility of rewarding good stewards of land within the McKenzie Basin. The purpose of this report is to provide EWEB with a framework for implementing the proposed Voluntary Incentives Program (VIP).en_US
