These standards and guidelines are intended to insure project design and construction which: 1. Provides adequate, structurally sound public and private streets and utilities; 2. Allows logical, efficient development or redevelopment of adjacent properties; 3. Promotes a range of lot sizes, structural design, setbacks, and housing choices within new developments; 4.
