Abstract

The Division Green Street/Main Street Project was a collaborative effort between the City of Portland and the community to improve the livability and economic vitality of the SE Division Street corridor over the next 20 years. Focusing on the area between SE 11th and SE 60th, the plan contains goals, objectives, and implementation strategies to create a pedestrian-friendly commercial district that reflects and reinforces community values, including a focus on sustainable and â greenâ development.
