dc.description.abstract-- -- Amend the Comprehensive Plan text to add "Oceanlake Plan District" as a development category. Amend the Zoning Ordinance to add a new zone, "Oceanlake Plan District." Amend the Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map to assign the "Oceanlake Plan District" designation to properties roughly bounded by NW 12th Street to the south, NW 21st Street to the north, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and lots fronting Highway 101 on the east side, commonly known as the "Oceanlake District." The purpose of these amendments is to implement the Oceanlake Plan developed by the Lincoln City Urban Renewal Agency. --en_US
