Abstract
In Spring 2005, the City of West Linn began updating its Park, Recreation and Open Space Plan to address the park, facility, and service needs of the community for the next 5-10 years. This plan describes a strategy for meeting future recreation needs, providing direction for the provision of parks and recreation facilities city-wide. [From the Plan]
