Abstract
This
report
presents
the
results
of
two
surveys
conducted
as
a
part
of
a
research
project
analyzing
the
potential
for
utilities
and
corporations
to
support
payment
for
ecosystem
services
program.
The
research
included
a
survey
of
ratepayers
in
the
Eugene
Water
and
Electric
Board
service
area,
and
a
survey
of
landowners
with
river
frontage
in
the
McKenzie
River
Basin
(the
watershed
that
supplies
water
for
the
Eugene
Water
and
Electric
Board).
