Abstract
The design team [for this Plan] worked with designated representatives
of ODDA and Aurora. Work was based, in part, upon comments from prior
studies including; Vision Aurora (1995), City of Aurora Transportation Plan
(1999), City of Aurora Historic Guidelines, City of Aurora Sewer Project, Marion
County/Aurora First Street Realignment Project.... The goal for the project was to develop master plan concepts for the Historic
