The new regulations adopt a Habitat Conservation Area (HCA) Overlay District, Habitat Classification Map, and Habitat Values Map; and amends the Pleasant Valley and Springwater ESRA subdistrict for processing correction of the ESRA map and verifying location of the ESRA boundary.en_US
