dc.description.abstract | The changes will direct more intense housing to the appropriate locations and promote compatibility between existing neighborhoods and new residential development by requiring similar lot sizes. The proposals create two new land use districts: LDR-7: Low-Density Residential-7 and TR: Transition Residential. LDR will be renamed Low-Density Residential-5 (LDR-5). The Perimeter Lot Size Compatibility Standards will be removed. Map changes will affect about 9,500 properties. | en_US |
