dc.description.abstractProposes that the BLM would renew the existing ROW grant for a wind energy site testing and monitoring project area with a term of three additional years as requested by Horizon in its application and plan of development. In addition, the BLM would grant Horizon continued access to and operation of two existing met poles; the ability to install, operate, and maintain two new met poles; exclusive use for wind energy on an additional 467.75 acres in the project area; and the ability to perform geotechnical studies.en
