dc.description.abstractThe City of Condon and Gilliam County have adopted the City of Condon Urban Growth Area Joint Management Agreement. The Joint Managment Agreement includes the area north of Cottonwood road being removed from the City of Condon's Urban Growth Boundary. The attached map reflects the change. In addition, the adopted Urban Growth Boundary area minimum lot size is 10 acres.en_US
