    The City prepared and adopted a new updated Comprehensive Plan, anew Subdivision Ordinance ana minor revisions to the existing Zoning Ordinance. The adoption included a new Comprehensive Plan/Zoning Map i1i which there was one minor revision from the existing map

    The City of Condon and Gilliam County have adopted the City of Condon Urban Growth Area Joint Management Agreement. The Joint Managment Agreement includes the area north of Cottonwood road being removed from the City of Condon's Urban Growth Boundary. The attached map reflects the change. In addition, the adopted Urban Growth Boundary area minimum lot size is 10 acres.
