dc.description.abstractAnnounces decision to categorically exclude authorization of a special 5-year use permit to Rock Springs Guest Ranch for the non-exclusive use of approximately 25.3 miles of trail and road. Includes constructing .3 miles of trail built to horse standards, and obliterating .6 miles of existing trail by placing rocks and logs to disguise the trail and allow regrowth of vegetation. The permit would require the Ranch to maintain the trails to US Forest Service standards.en
