dc.description.abstractProposes to provide accessibility, safety, and positive aesthetics for the visiting public along the north rim of Pauline Creek. Includes constructing a rock overlook on the north side of the Creek with a metal railing on top, relocating the existing trail away from the north rim edge of the Creek, obliterating and revegetating the existing trail along the north rim, constructing an additional trail to access the rim overlook from the relocated trail, constructing a juniper split-rail fence along either side of the rim overlook trail and removing the existing chain link fence.en
