| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this Housing Strategy is to guide the implementation of housing development funds and activities supported by PDC and private partners until the expiration of urban renewal expected in 2013. It establishes housing goals and specific actions to accomplish the vision of a healthy, urban neighborhood. Community involvement and market research are the cornerstones of the Strategy and will guide its implementation.
