| dc.description.abstract | The City of Corvallis contracted with Satre Associates, P.C. to prepare a plan for recreation services in Corvallis. Reductions in financial resources over the last five years combined with a growing and dynamic demand for services has resulted in the need for a fresh look at recreation service provision in Corvallis. The primary goals behind the Recreation Services Plan were to (1) reevaluate the community’s recreation needs, (2) identify the resources available to meet those needs and (3) to provide direction for current and future focus of CPRD’s recreation service delivery.
