Agile software development methods were originally designed for small, individual team projects, but have shown potential benefits for larger projects and organizations as well. Concerns exist, however, regarding scalability and complexity when integrating Agile practices in large-scale organizations. Using a review of literature published since 2011, this paper seeks to inform information technology (IT) leaders of large organizations of the challenges and best practices for implementing large-scale Agile transformations.en_US
