dc.description.abstractThis was a comprehensive amendment package for the Scio Flood Ordinance. Most changes were of a housekeeping nature. Other changes included: eliminating the duties of the City Recorder; establishing a Floodplain Manager; providing specific construction requirements for "Fill and Excavation"; requiring first flood elevation to be 2 feet above the base flood elevation; and establishing the use of other base flood data.en_US
