This analysis is part of the study for an 800-room Oregon Convention Center Headquarters Hotel site that potentially would be located south of NE Holladay Street, and between NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard (MLK) and NE Grand Avenue. This technical memorandum discusses traffic impacts and traffic operations for the MLK and Grand Avenue couplet, between NE Broadway and E Burnside Street. Of special review and analysis was the area adjacent to the Oregon Convention Center, between NE Holladay Street and NE Lloyd Boulevard. [From the document]en_US
