dc.description.abstractUpdate of geologic hazards provisions contained in the Newport Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and Subdivision Ordinance to utilize current DOGAMI hazards maps as trigger for site specific geologic evaluations, revised exemptions, erosion control standards, and a req. for post costruction certification by a CEG that their recommendations were met. Subdivision rules prohibit lots entirely in high/active risk areas.en_US
