Abstract

The goal of the manual is to create a useful, consistent standard for public and semi-public infrastructure design and construction. It is intended to apply primarily to publicly owned infrastructure within Public Rights of Way and Public Easements such as PUE's, Pedestrian, Slope, and Access easements. It does not necessarily apply to construction on private property, private streets, subdivision open spaces, or other private facilities, except that Agency Officials may elect to apply these requirements to individual projects or more broadly where appropriate.
