| dc.description.abstract | This Growth Management and Urbanization Plan proposes specific policies and actions that McMinnville must adopt and undertake to achieve its vision of a compact and livable community. This Plan will serve as a long-range guide for public policy decisions concerning the overall growth and development of McMinnville. It will be adopted as part of the City's Comprehensive Plan. The Plan focuses on the physical growth and development of the city but also addresses quality of life issues such as the preservation of our historic downtown, retention of farmland, protection of environmentally sensitive lands, and stabilization of neighborhoods.
