dc.description.abstract | Government at all levels has the responsibility to plan for and respond to emergencies resulting from hazards that are known to threaten the jurisdiction. In view of this fact, the City of Sherwood has developed this Emergency Operations Plan to provide overall planning and coordination for emergencies. The Emergency Program Manager is the City Manager, and duties are further delegated to Department Directors, the Emergency Management Coordinator, Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue and Incident Management Teams.
