Abstract
This TSP addresses the lands within the jurisdiction of the City of Albany and Urban Growth Boundary, and is intended to be consistent with the Linn and Benton County TSPs and adopted elements of the state TSP. Based on the requirements of the transportation Planning Rule, this TSP includes the following elements: a roadway plan for collector and arterial streets a public transit
plan; a bicycle plan; a pedestrian plan; an air, rail, water, and pipeline plan;
a transportation finance/funding plan; policies and ordinances to implement the plan; transportation system management; transportation demand management. [From the Plan]
