| dc.description.abstract | [T]he City has launched a planning process to prepare a new over-arching plan for the City of Portland, the "Portland Plan." The Portland Plan will satisfy the State's Periodic Review requirements and address other issues and opportunities to prudently guide the City's physical, economic, social, and cultural development in a manner that meets community needs and aspirations. To evaluate the current Comprehensive Plan and scope the Portland Plan, the City formed six Technical Working Groups (TWGs) to address the following topics: Economic Development, Environment, Housing, Infrastructure, Sustainability and Urban Form.
