Abstract

The purpose of this Renewal Plan is to eliminate blighting influences found in the Renewal Area, to implement goals and objectives of the City of Newberg Comprehensive Plan, and to implement development strategies and objectives for the Newberg Urban Renewal Area.... The purpose of the urban renewal plan is to incorporate the vision, policies and recommendations contained in the Downtown Newberg Vision in 2020, Newberg City Council Advance of 2001, the Springbrook Oaks Specific Plan and the City of Newberg Transportation Plan.
