Abstract
La Pine is located along a major state highway with high traffic
volumes and experiences heavy winter snowfalls. The City needs to focus on
planning, maintenance, and developing standards for city roads.... The City needs to complete a Comprehensive Plan
under Oregon Land Use Law which will take training, coordination, and
resources.... Economic development is a cornerstone of livability
for La Pine including infrastructure. The City needs to focus on small local
business.... As Oregonâ s newest City it is important to establish
appropriate guidelines, requirements, and processes for conducting city
