| dc.description.abstract | The City of Seaside, in conjunction with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) initiated a study of the area transportation system in Fall 1996. This study has been conducted in compliance with State of Oregon legislation requiring local jurisdictions to prepare a Transportation System Plan (TSP) as part of their overall Comprehensive Plan. Accordingly, this document is organized to provide the necessary elements for the City of Seaside to assemble its TSP.
