dc.description.abstractAnnounces decision to authorize implementation of the Bare Cupboard Commercial Thinning and Density Management timber sale following the project design features (PDFs) established in the Upper Umpqua Watershed Plan as adjusted in the Decision Record. This timber sale is located within the General Forest Management Area (GFMA) land-use allocation. The stand that will be treated is second-growth forest 51 years old. Bare Cupboard will provide approximately 3.418 MMBF of merchantable timber available for auction. Approximately 2.233 MMBF is within the GFMA portion of the sale and 1.185 MMBF is within Riparian Reserves.en
