dc.description.abstract | This paper describes the work of the Women in Science Project from its beginning in the fall of 1976 to the present. The original purpose of the study and each wave of data collection is described. This is followed by a brief discussion of methodological issues involved in the study, a description of the study's data files, and a brief listing of proposed research articles based on the data.
