The intended audience includes executives, policy makers, and product developers within the healthcare service and technology industries. Scholarly literature published between 2015 and 2019 was referenced to identify challenges and possible solutions for integrating health and wellness data from multiple sources and devices in order to create longitudinal personal health records.en_US
